Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate detailed treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Engage in crisis management by developing pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans to ensure client safety and stability.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Document clinical services and maintain behavioral health records to comply with regulatory standards and ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective positive behavior support plans and oversee their implementation across programs.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that we meet or exceed all required standards.

• Build and maintain relationships with local community partners, state agencies, and other organizations to extend our service reach and secure additional resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, conferences, and other educational opportunities.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
