Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ symptoms and needs, facilitating the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, either through individual, couple, or group sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a community through shared experiences and encouraging peer support among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and holistic patient care, contributing to the overall treatment strategy.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and stabilization for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge about their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
