Location: International Falls, MN

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday (alternative options like 4-10s available)

Hours per Week: 3840

Employment Type: Permanent placement

License/Certs: Minnesota Physical Therapist license, BLS (certification within 1 year)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field, experience with electronic medical records (preferably Epic)

Salary Range: $80,000 $115,000 annually (based on experience)

Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment

Perm Placement Fee: $16,000 (based on lower end of salary scale), with vendor fee of 20% minus 6% TRS admin fee

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Assist in patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Document treatment sessions accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Support occasional home health, SNF, or school-based therapy as needed
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Participate in weekend and rare holiday rotations

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one year of hire
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
