Pay & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 (dependent on experience)
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a 2-year commitment
- Pay package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
- Assist with occasional SNF and home health patients
- Document patient care using Epic electronic medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Support community health initiatives, including local school programs
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation as needed
What You Need
Required:- Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 1 year)
- At least 1 year of relevant healthcare experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
