On-Call Hospice RN After-Hours Care & Family Support

MJHS

MJHS Hospice seeks an experienced on-call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours patient visits and urgent care coordination with the Call Center Triage and On-Call Manager. Responsibilities include effective team communication, implementing care plans, and assisting families during end-of-life care. You will educate patients and caregivers on changes to plan of care, including medications and safety, and participate in emotional support during patient deaths while ensuring follow-up with the #J-18808-Ljbffr
