Pennsylvania Steel Company Inc is a leading distributor of steel and aluminum. We are veteran and privately owned business with 50 years in the industry.

Pennsylvania Steel Richmond Division in Ashland, VA is looking for a Class A or Class B CDL licensed Truck Driver for our Ashland, VA location.

The Class A/B Truck Driver safely operates a commercial flatbed vehicle to transport and delivery material (steel) to our customers.

Job Description:

• SAFETY FIRST! Safely operating the truck.
• Loading and unloading material required.
• Securing loads and assuring loads are within weight limits.
• Verifying count and condition of materials when loading and unloading.
• Reporting vehicle maintenance needs.
• Complying with Department of Transportation regulations.
• Maintaining a clean driving record.
• Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and presentable manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience 1-6 months experience strongly preferred
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license, and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time / 1st Shift / Home every day!

Pay: $25.00/hr. to $27.00/hr. depending on experience
