Job Title: Principal Functional Analyst – Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance / OVC Location: Relocation available[Irvine, CA] Hybrid (3 days/week) Job ID: 175102 Full Time (Perm role) Salary: $150,000/year Experience Required: 7–15 years in Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) or EBS Financials. Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and enhancements (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses, Project Financials). Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for OVC / Oracle Cloud Finance. Configure and manage financial modules, including Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Accounting Hub (FAH). Perform data migration and integration using FBDI, ADFdi, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs. Develop financial reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View. Manage role-based access (RBAC) and maintain data security for finance users. Support UAT, testing, and end-to-end process validation during implementations and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Project Management) to ensure process alignment, compliance, and automation. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. Must-Have Skills: Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials / Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses. Strong functional knowledge of accounting processes, intercompany accounting, and compliance. Hands-on experience with OIC integrations, FBDI/ADFdi data loading, and API-based automation. Expertise in financial reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View. Familiarity with security model: RBAC, data access sets, user provisioning. Strong experience in system configuration, testing, and UAT. Preferred Skills: Exposure to global implementations and multi-entity setups. Experience with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and subledger configurations. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science. Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
