Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday–Friday | 45 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $22–$24/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to provide front- and back-office support, assist with patient care and clinical procedures, and support daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and room patients.

• Obtain and document patient vital signs.

• Perform blood draws, phlebotomy, and venipuncture.

• Administer vaccines as directed.

• Schedule appointments and answer phone calls.

• Provide front- and back-office clinical support.

• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Support daily clinic operations and provide additional clinical assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, excluding externship.

• Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred.

• Phlebotomy and venipuncture experience required.

• EMR experience required.

• Current BLS or CPR certification required.

• Strong communication and computer skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
