Responsibilities Communicate and plan display needs with shop managers in assigned areas Recognize needed changes in product placement and/or displays on the sales floor and take action to improve them while communicating with shop managers Assess, prioritize, and delegate tasks to team members Teach display to Scheels standards to all associates in assigned area Enjoy working creatively in a fast-moving environment Researching lifestyle and design trends and making sure designs will appeal to the target audience Developing floor plans to make the most of the space available Installing and dismantling displays Coordinate the ordering of POP Order and maintain body forms throughout the store Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang and price product to be put out on the sales floor Restock product on the sales floor Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas. General cleaning and organization around the store and back stock space Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Physical Requirements / Lifting Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
