Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and gather detailed histories regarding their symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and improve functionality.
• Instruct patients in the correct application of therapeutic exercise techniques tailored to their specific needs and physical capabilities.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, including stimulation and massage, to facilitate recovery and alleviate pain.
• Assist patients in adapting to the use of therapeutic equipment, such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring they safely navigate their environments.
• Maintain accurate patient records, tracking treatment progress and adjusting goals as necessary to reflect ongoing developments.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding at-home treatment options and exercises to encourage continued healing outside of clinical sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base is diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages and various diagnosis types, from post-operative recovery to chronic pain management. Therapists will work with children requiring developmental support, adults dealing with sports injuries, and elderly patients recovering from surgeries or falls. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Doctor's Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
