Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Springleaf Healthcare, your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Developing and implementing personalized physical therapy treatment plans based on individual evaluations.
• Administering manual and therapeutic exercises, guiding clients in both manual and non-manual activities.
• Evaluating patient function through diagnostic tests focused on muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities.
• Observing and analyzing home environments, providing constructive recommendations to enhance patient independence.
• Overseeing Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring that patient care plans are executed properly and effectively.
• Conducting clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, while remaining compliant with OASIS standards.
• Completing comprehensive functional assessments and adjusting care plans as needed based on changing patient conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily supports orthopedic patients, ranging from post-surgical recoveries to management of chronic musculoskeletal conditions. By providing care in a familiar environment, you will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals more effectively and monitor their progress closely. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Valid CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and background.
