Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' orthopedic conditions, including range of motion, strength, and functional mobility.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that account for each patient's unique goals, medical history, and lifestyle.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques such as therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, documenting outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and self-management strategies to foster independence.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors, each with varying orthopedic needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
