This position entails a home care setting, meaning you will work directly in the homes of your patients, allowing for a more personalized approach to therapy. Our flexible scheduling allows you to determine your working hours from Monday to Friday, making it easier to balance your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans addressing their specific orthopedic needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic methods, including exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and assistive devices to minimize pain and enhance mobility.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely to maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that patient goals are met effectively and in a timely manner.
• Provide education and training for patients, their families, and caregivers on exercises, assistive devices, and self-care strategies to facilitate recovery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, engaging in networking opportunities, and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at St. Vincent PT Service, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, degenerative diseases, and trauma. This diverse patient population presents the opportunity to utilize a holistic approach, tailoring therapies to meet each individual's unique recovery needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy is required to practice.

• Proficient in using technology and documenting treatments via electronic health record systems.
• Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience is not strictly necessary, we encourage new graduates eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting to apply. However, previous experience in orthopedic physical therapy or home health settings will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer several attractive benefits:
