Work Environment

This role is primarily based in patients' homes, allowing therapists to provide personalized care in a comfortable and familiar environment for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, creating personalized treatment plans designed to aid recovery and enhance mobility.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques including exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to manage pain and recover functionality.
• Continuously assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and ensuring open lines of communication with patients and their families regarding treatment goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, safety protocols, and the use of assistive devices as needed.
• Document daily updates regarding treatment protocols, patient responses, and progress to ensure compliance with care standards and effective communication.
• Stay current with industry best practices by attending workshops, engaging with professional societies, and continually expanding your knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal clients range from post-surgical individuals recovering from orthopedic procedures to patients managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Precision Rehab Solutions, you will work closely with diverse patient populations, offering tailored interventions that address their individualized needs and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active and valid state licensing in Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and interact with patients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not required, recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as we provide robust mentorship programs to support new physical therapists.
• Experience in a home care setting or with orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
