• Be the problem-solving superhero for our laboratory customers! Identify and tackle their needs with clear, empathetic communication that makes them feel heard and valued.
• Master the phones by handling inquiries like a pro—answering questions about test requests, submission requirements, and result statuses with confidence and a friendly touch.
• Become a data detective using our information systems to gather insights and track client interactions with efficiency and precision.
• Own the specimen game by collecting, handling, and preparing specimens with accuracy and compliance—because precision matters when it comes to patient care.
• Bring your A-game daily by demonstrating sustained competency, reliability, productivity, and genuine compassion in everything you do.

• Two to three years of clinical laboratory experience with a working knowledge of specimen collection, handling, preparation, and workflow.
