Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets/Front Office

Salary: $101,150.4 - 101,150.4 per year Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, program management, product delivery, or technology delivery within financial services.
- Proficiency in requirements engineering, backlog management, and test planning.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office trading workflows, risk management processes, and P&L concepts.
- Experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, and executive reporting in portfolio settings.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for planning and tracking.
- Preferred: Fixed Income and Derivatives domain experience.
- Preferred: Experience with regulatory and control frameworks, audit remediation, and change management.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of Excel and SQL, including MySQL.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Front Office stakeholders and Technology teams from requirements definition through delivery.
- Turn ambiguous business requests into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test plans.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including RAID items and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain delivery governance and cadence.
- Prepare executive-ready status reports and escalate risks and issues.
- Partner with traders and business users to refine scope and validate outcomes through UAT and release readiness.
