Responsibilities
Develop personalized risk management strategies for individuals and families in our local community.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring every inquiry receives a thoughtful and timely response.
Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure our clients are protected against life's uncertainties.
Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local outreach and community engagement strategies.
Maintain accurate records and clear documentation to support our high standards of service.
Continuously expand your industry knowledge to offer the most relevant and effective advice to your clients.
Requirements
Active Maryland Property Casualty insurance license.
Proven track record of managing an insurance sales pipeline or a similar client-focused role.
Strong command of CRM systems and digital document management.
Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.
Residency in or near Bel Air, Maryland for daily office presence.
Prior experience with agency-level sales software and digital quoting tools.
