Development Manager

A growing industrial real estate developer, is seeking a Development Manager to lead ground-up and value-add industrial projects from site acquisition through stabilization. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives managing complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across the full development lifecycle. What You\'ll Do Manage industrial development projects (warehouse, distribution, light manufacturing) from due diligence through construction completion Oversee entitlement, permitting, and zoning processes in coordination with local jurisdictions Manage general contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants to keep projects on schedule and on budget Underwrite new development opportunities and support site selection/acquisition analysis Track project budgets, draw schedules, and pro formas; report performance to leadership and investors Coordinate with leasing and asset management teams to align delivery timelines with tenant needs Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise on-site and in negotiations What You Bring 5+ years of experience in industrial real estate development, construction management, or a related field Strong understanding of entitlement processes, construction contracts, and development pro formas Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external partners simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Benefits information Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
