Resident Care AideWe are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide.Resident Care Aide Responsibilities include:Assisting our memory impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents' dignity and promoting their independenceEnsure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rightsMaintain and document proper records of careImmediately report changes in resident condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents' whereabouts unknown, etc.Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activitiesResident Care Aide Education & Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredCertified Nursing Assistant-CNA, Home Health Aide-HHA, or Personal Care Aide-PCA certification preferred or as required by lawOne year working in a caregiving capacity, preferredCompassion for and desire to work with the elderly, requiredCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
