Workday Finance Program Manager

The Workday Finance Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Workday Finance programs, including planning, execution, governance, integrations, and post-go-live stabilization. This role requires managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, and timelines to drive successful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Assets, Expenses, Revenue Drive Workday implementation, rollout, or upgrade programs Define roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables Ensure adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality Risk, Quality & Change Management Identify and mitigate program risks proactively Ensure quality via SIT, UAT, and parallel runs Drive change management, user adoption, and training Required Skills Strong experience with Workday Financial Management Proven track record of managing large enterprise programs Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with finance data conversion (Customer Central) Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment independently Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, data analytics, or related field. Hands‑on experience with Workday Finance modules. Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (Benefits) is a plus.
