Production Brewer

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Production Brewer to join our growing beverage production team. While brewing will be the primary focus of this role, the ideal candidate must be willing to assist in all areas of production including distilling, canning/bottling, seltzer blending, warehouse operations, and general production support. This is a hands-on position for someone who can work independently, manage responsibilities without constant supervision, and adapt to the changing needs of a fast-moving production environment. Duties Operate brewing equipment and machinery to produce craft beers and other beverages, following standardized recipes and procedures. Maintain strict sanitation protocols, including cleaning tanks, lines, and equipment to ensure product quality and safety. Assist with packaging operations such as filling bottles, cans, or kegs, and ensuring proper labeling and sealing. Monitor production processes continuously to identify issues, troubleshoot Assist with seltzer and RTD beverage production and blending Learn and support distillation operations as needed Support warehouse activities including inventory management, raw material handling, and forklift operation for efficient material flow. Travel between multiple production locations as operational needs require–primarily FigLeaf and March First Kemper locations Experience Professional brewing experience strongly preferred Experience with cellar work and packaging operations Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Experience operating production equipment independently Forklift certification or experience is a plus Familiarity with distilled spirit production Familiarity with seltzer and RTD production Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move 55+ lbs regularly Ability to stand for long periods Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and fast-paced production environments Ability to safely work around production machinery and climb ladders as needed Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
