I began as an agent in Nebraska and now lead a dedicated team in the Twin Cities, serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. We offer comprehensive insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Life, Renters, and specialized coverage for cabins, boats, ATVs, and more. Our agency is expanding, with plans to open a second location in 2025. We treat our customers like family, assisting with relocations and addressing all individual insurance concerns. As an account representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

COMPENSATION
