Our projects are primarily in the tri-state area, with a growing national presence. We're a small, serious office where the work gets noticed and the people who do it are known by name. We're looking for a Senior Designer / Project Manager who can own a project, not just run it. Someone with real design ability and the rigor to execute it, who understands that managing a project well is itself a form of design thinking. Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing projects, consultants, clients, and budgets independently. 8+ years of professional experience in a design-focused practice, with recent work in private residential projects at small to medium-sized firms. Professional degree in architecture from a US-accredited school. Licensed or on a clear path to licensure. Construction Administration experience required. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino or SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Suite. Monograph, Asana, or Smartsheet experience a plus.
