Anticipated End Date: 2026-10-03 Position Title: Account Service Coordinator Job Description: Account Service Coordinator Location This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. How you will make an impact Interprets and supports plan benefit design. Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues. Makes routine account visits. Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Sales license may be required. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. Client facing experience preferred. Account management experience preferred.
