HR Support Specialist
$19 per hourGrand Haven Area Public Schools
Job Title
Pay: $19.00/hour (rate may be higher based on education and experience) Schedule: Full Year - 12 Month Position M - F / 7:30am - 4:30pm / 8.0 Hours Daily / 40 Hours Weekly
Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Three - Five (3-5) years' secretarial experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software and Google applications.
- Must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents and community members in a friendly and positive manner.
- Exhibit exceptional clerical and organizational skills, ability to accurately keyboard 55 words per minute, and take responsibility for accuracy of completed work.
- Must be motivated, with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
