Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with school-based SLP services, particularly working with students on IEPs
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students in a half-day AM/PM program
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech-language therapy to students with IEPs
• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans focused on IEP goals
• Track and report student progress three times per year
• Write and manage IEPs, schedule/lead team meetings (case manager role)
• Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLC), arrival/dismissal duties, district PD, and other assigned duties
