- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 4+ years of experience doing the items listed below.
- Experience with Hardware In The Loop Simulation Testing
- Understanding of Power Electronics and Variable Speed Drive
- Familiar with MATLAB/Simulink
- Familiar with data analysis – knows how to use MATLAB to visualize and review data
