Sales ManagerEmployment Terms Position: Sales Manager Employment Status: Full-time Supervisor: Gene Van Horn Work Location: 8727 W Rayford Rd Suite 150 Spring, Tx 77389 Compensation & Benefits Salary/Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: A minimum 6-month provisional period, you may be eligible to participate in a company benefits program which has yet to be defined and is subject to change from month to month.Duties & Responsibilities The Employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company, including but not limited to: Leading staff Driving membership sales Coordinating personal training & team training sales Promoting member retention Providing conflict resolution as needed Ensure efficient and effective performance to meet or exceed all financial objectives Foster D1 CORE VALUES in the facility and community Work to establish community relationships to promote the D1 brand Drive local market awareness and engagement activities. The Sales Manager's main responsibility is to create a D1 environment that motivates and inspires all to be their very best while achieving their goals.D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals.
