Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Part-Time Secretary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Secretary to provide administrative support to an executive at Cortina. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, communication, and managing day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced professional environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination. This position is an on-site, 10-hour per week role. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming communications (email, phone, and messages) and respond or route as appropriate Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and reports Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda, and notes Support basic data entry and administrative tracking tasks Coordinate with internal team members as needed to ensure smooth communication Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, team meetings, and company functions Perform general administrative duties to support daily business operations Job Requirements: MUST live in a HUBZone.
