As a Security Officer Patrol Associate in Lincoln, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a secure environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and work with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site policy, and report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence throughout the location, following post orders, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrol activity, and/or client requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
