Wednesday 7:00pm-1:00am

Shift: Night Shift | Sunday Tuesday 7pm-7:30am / Wednesday 7pm-1am

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards.
Duties Include:Operate manufacturing and production machinery
Perform production, inspection, and packaging duties
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
Set up, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery
Load materials and secure fixtures for production runs
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Conduct quality checks and test runs to ensure product accuracy
Grind, smooth, or finish parts as required
Maintain production records, logs, and reports
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Properly dispose of and recycle materials according to company guidelines
Previous machine operator experience preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing knowledge
Experience reading blueprints and schematics
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
CAD/CAM experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Technical school, vocational training, or manufacturing certifications are a plus
