Medical PractitionerThe Medical Practitioner serves as the clinical leader in the center, responsible for consultations, diagnostics, and advanced treatments under Medical Director guidelines. We provide advanced, personalized care across Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, Functional Medicine, Aesthetics, and IV Therapy.Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive consultations and developing individualized treatment plans, evaluating and managing programs related to hormone optimization, weight loss, and aesthetics, ordering and interpreting labs and clearly communicating results to clients, performing procedures including blood draws, IV/IM therapy, BHRT pellet insertions, and injections (GLP-1, peptides), delivering aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers (where applicable), monitoring client progress, adjusting care plans, and proactively managing side effects, educating clients on memberships, services, and recommended supplements, maintaining accurate EMR documentation and ensuring full HIPAA and safety compliance, collaborating with team members, participating in daily huddles, and supporting clinic performance goals, and staying current on medical advancements and completing required training.Performance expectations include 100% completion of scheduled consultations, timely lab ordering and interpretation, high client satisfaction and retention, and full compliance with clinical and documentation standards.Qualifications include an active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license, 2+ years of experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, or aesthetics preferred, strong knowledge of functional medicine, longevity care, and patient-centered treatment planning, experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation, and excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.Why join us includes being part of a high-performance, growth-focused team, working with cutting-edge treatments and protocols, making a meaningful impact on client health and longevity, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
