Job Responsibilities Minimum 5 years of dealer management experience. Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales. Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits. Work with salespeople and managers to set specific goals and objectives. Create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere focused on employee retention. Conduct sales meetings. Maintain a balanced inventory for new and used sales. Collaborate with marketing to develop overall strategy that meets sales goals. Play an active role in the community. Requirements Strong motivator with professional demeanor.
