Keller Williams Lehigh Valley in Bethlehem, PA, is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly driven Director of Sales/Team Leader to help lead the growth and development of our Market Center.

This is a full-time, non-selling leadership position for someone who has a proven track record of success in real estate sales, leadership, recruiting, and business development. The ideal candidate understands the Keller Williams systems and business model, or is eager to learn and implement them.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact by helping agents build successful businesses while contributing to the overall growth, profitability, and culture of the Market Center.
Compensation

• On-Target Earnings: $120,000+ (base + bonus)

• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Bonuses considered after a 60-day period

• Can coach and consult with top-producing associates to help them identify goals and utilize productivity resources
• Naturally demonstrates the WI4C2TS belief system in their interactions with others
• Has a strong relationship-building track record and believes continuous learning is essential to growth
• Has at least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience
• Has demonstrated strong production and leadership within their market
• Understands basic financial reporting, including P&Ls, and can use business metrics to support sound decisions
• Has ambitious goals and wants a platform where they can lead, grow, and make an impact
