Billing Specialist

This role will report to the Controller and will be part of our accounting team. The billing specialist will need to be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have experience using ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. Excellent customer service skills are needed in order to correspond with our internal and external customers. Requirements You are: Always paying attention to details and you have great communication skills. Follow through is important to you and you always cross your T’s and dot your I’s. You have what it takes to bunker down when needed and are always a team player. Fast paced environments are exciting for you and you enjoy a challenge. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience in billing providing exceptional customer services with internal and external customers Experience with ERP Systems Preparing invoices and performing resolutions for customers Cash applications, post cash experience, and preparation of bank deposits Creating spreadsheets, Excel use of Excel V-lookups and pivot tables Qualifications: Only Austin, TX based candidates will be considered. 3-5 years of Billing experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel Analytical and detail oriented Good written and verbal skills Customer service oriented Experience with ERP systems Team player and flexible with growing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
