Shipping Agent
Location: Oldsmar, FL 34677Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time Join Our Team! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Packing Associate to join our team in Oldsmar! This position is responsible for making sure customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped accurately and on time using the appropriate shipping method and packaging.
What You'll Do:
• Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Package orders according to company and carrier standards
• Prepare shipments for carriers such as UPS and FedEx
• Assist with larger shipments by pulling, palletizing, and wrapping products
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Report inventory issues, including out-of-stock items, to the Operations Manager
• Follow direction from the Operations Manager and assist with other duties as needed
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance
What We're Looking For:
• Must have knowledge of shipping software and websites
• International shipping
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite
• Ability to use pallet jack
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous shipping, packing, warehouse, or related experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
• This is an active position requiring extended periods of standing and walking, as well as repetitive movements and lifting.
• Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs.
• Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
