Sr. Manager, Investigations

Senior Manager, Investigations will lead investigation activities for quality events, compliance issues, and regulatory matters affecting DePuy Synthes products and operations. The role ensures investigations are thorough, timely, and compliant while partnering across functions to identify root causes, define corrective actions, and reduce risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee investigation activities related to quality events, nonconformances, complaints, and deviations
- Ensure investigations comply with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and global quality standards
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action development and effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally to assess risk and resolve complex compliance and quality issues
- Establish investigation governance, metrics, and reporting to monitor performance and compliance trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related technical field
- 8–10 years progressive experience in investigations, quality, or compliance in regulated industry
- Expertise in investigation methodologies, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and quality systems (FDA, ISO)
- Proven people-leadership experience with coaching and team development
- Ability to lead complex issue resolution and influence senior stakeholders
Compensation: $122,000–$211,025 base
