The successful candidate will operate various types of material handling equipment while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.New Warehouse in Denver, PA where they are revolutionizing plastic waste into a renewable source.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Equipment Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm )2nd Shift – Monday to Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm - $22.00/hrThe initial two weeks of employment will require training on a 1st shift schedule.Safely and proficiently operate a diverse range of material handling equipment on-site.Execute the unloading and receiving of all Over-The-Road (OTR) deliveries as directed by supervision.Monitor and facilitate the loading process of final product railcars, including the accurate completion of all required documentation.Assist in inventory control activities, performing tasks such as cycle counting to ensure precise inventory records.Demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn the operation of the baler.Commit to learning the operation and routine maintenance of all processing equipment within the facility.Equipment Operator Qualifications:Ability to learn quickly and safely operate various types of industrial equipment.Capable of performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods in an industrial environment.Experience operating sit-down forklifts.Previous experience as a Material Handler.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
