Equipment Monitoring: Monitor and maintain hotel equipment, including boilers, chillers, elevators, and fire safety systems, to ensure their reliability and safety. Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving measures and eco-friendly practices to reduce utility costs and minimize the hotel's environmental footprint. Project Management: Oversee and coordinate renovation projects, upgrades, and installations of new systems, ensuring they meet local building codes and regulations. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and work orders to track maintenance history and plan for future maintenance needs. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and address any identified hazards promptly. Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to hotel staff on safety procedures and equipment operation to promote a safe working environment. Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
