Registered Nurse/LPN (Home Care Agency)

Almost Family, LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bend team to serve our Central Oregon clients. We provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Position Details Office Location: 698 NW York Dr, Bend, OR 97703 Schedule: Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week Pay: $40-$41 per hour Schedule: Flexible What You'll Do Conduct 30 and 90-day Quality Monitoring Visits (QMVs) for clients receiving medication services. Provide medication training and orientation to caregivers and clients as appropriate. Maintain and update Medication Administration Records (MARs) . Update and maintain care plans and Quality Monitoring Visit documentation. Complete documentation and updates using Google Drive and electronic systems . Collaborate with the care team to ensure clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care. Identify and communicate changes in client needs or medication-related concerns. What We're Looking For Current, valid RN license in Oregon . Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently. Comfortable working as part of a collaborative care team.
