Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii. About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the core experience at Rula; focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. Day-to-day, you’ll dig into data to understand consumer pain points, and collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes. You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients’ lives. This role sits at the heart of our mission; your work will directly impact thousands of people by helping them access the care they need and stay with it long enough to truly get better. Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products. Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement. Experience running A/B tests and using common statistical techniques to evaluate results. Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences. Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of how to balance and optimize for supply and demand dynamics.
