Position Overview Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector Global C2 Solutions Business Unit (BU) is looking for Business Operations Leads to support business areas within a given Operating Unit. Two positions are open, both to be filled in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities Support the Business Analyst (BA) in the successful execution of cost, schedule, and technical performance in the delivery of products and services to the customer. Report to the BU Chief of Staff within the Business Operations and Strategic Growth organization and serve as Operations Lead for the BA Manager/Director. Manage and oversee BA Operations management, program execution and external coordination. Organize and manage manpower staffing and reporting. Support program planning, start‑up, and assessments. Lead BA special projects and initiatives. Prepare and present executive‑level briefings. Promote operational efficiency and best practices to elevate BA/OU performance. Basic Qualifications A03: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in lieu of degree. A04: Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 6 years of experience OR 12 years of experience in lieu of degree. Dynamic and executive briefing skills. Demonstrated experience with operations and the management of projects, including: Leadership of medium to large‑scale projects and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Successful project completion within the confines of cost, quality, and schedule. Proven ability to showcase attention to detail, collaborate across organizations, and influence stakeholders. Experience leveraging automation and software tools that promote efficiency (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Teams). Preferred Qualifications Active DoD Secret Clearance investigated within the last 5 years. Program management or agile project management experience. Knowledge of company and sector operations, policies, procedures, and principles of operating practices. Lean or agile trained/certified. Compensation Primary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 – $134,900.00. Secondary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 – $168,200.00. Benefits Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long‑Term Incentives.
