Welder/Fabricator

Pay: $25-$32 (Depends on experience)

Seeking a motivated, highly skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will construct, assemble, and repair critical metal structures and precision components. Key Responsibilities

• Welding & Fabrication: Perform welding using MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW to AWS standards, and cut/assemble metals with shop equipment.
• Technical Skills: Read blueprints, interpret shop drawings, and use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Safety & Quality: Maintain safety protocols and keep a clean, secure shop environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience in welding (TIG, MIG, Arc) and fabrication.
• Ability to read prints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Commitment to workplace safety and craftsmanship.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
