Key Responsibilities In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, compliance, and superior service delivery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing and monitoring branch activities and performance Opening new accounts and overseeing consumer lending and loan production Promoting and cross-selling credit union products and services Driving membership growth and community engagement Leading, coaching, and developing branch employees Supporting staff retention and fostering a productive, team-oriented culture Ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Collaborating with the Regional Team and senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and achieve organizational objectives The Branch Manager serves as a role model for professionalism, service excellence, and operational integrity.
