Location: 11330 Southern Highlands Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89141 POSITION OVERVIEW As a Cashier, you are the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has a positive shopping experience. We are looking for a friendly, dependable individual who is customer‑focused, communicates effectively, and performs well under pressure. A positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong commitment to service are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be able to multitask, stay composed in fast‑paced environments, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include retail sales and handling point‑of‑sale transactions while greeting customers and helping them have a pleasant shopping experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional customer service and greet all of our customers. Maintain the appearance of the store—ensure it is clean, neat, organized, and provides a positive shopping experience for all. Perform accurate point‑of‑sale (POS) customer transactions. Stock and clean the store. Maintain the cleanliness and management of the gas pumps and the exterior appearance of the store. Support team members and promote a positive team environment. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once. Dedication to integrity, teamwork, and customer service. Ability to maintain composure during times of uncertainty. Excellent communication skills. Previous POS experience, retail sales, gas station attendant, or customer service is a plus. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. Work cards required for jurisdiction must be provided prior to the start date. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid Health Card Valid Alcohol Awareness Card LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Standing for long periods of time. Lifting up to 45 lbs.
