Pay Rate: $135-160k (Based Upon Experience) + Bonus Potential

Advanced Diagnostics

Licensed Nurse Practitioner 

Extension Health is seeking a highly capable, patient-focused Licensed Nurse Practitioner to support our daily peptide and longevity operations. This is an important clinical role within a high-touch, concierge-level, high-performance environment combining hands-on clinical execution with broad team engagement from front desk to doctor staff, clinical operations and patient experience ownership.

You will be critical to the daily longevity and peptide operations of the business—ensuring excellence in service delivery and quality of care. This role requires a balance of technical, clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering an elevated, seamless patient experience. You will be responsible for delivering the brand’s peptide and GLP protocols to our patients, a key part of each patient’s experience at Extension Health. 

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• You will work directly with patients, performing peptide consultations and administering and managing peptide and GLP protocols defined by the brand, all while upholding the standard of care required by the brand 
\n
• Perform longevity consults with patients that includes reviewing medical history, discussing patient concerns and offering recommendations for Extension Health services 
\n
• Support clinical operations related to the peptide program such as supporting new launches and ensuring up-to-date standards of care related to the peptide program
\n
• Support patient inquiries related to peptide instructions and adverse event management 
\n
• Conduct peptide support sessions with patients who need injection tutorials and /or reconstitution assistance
\n
• Conduct accurate transcription of patient medical information into the EMR system
\n

Patient Experience Excellence

\n
• Work closely with administrative staff, clinical operations, medical providers, and other medical staff in order to optimize the patient peptide workflow throughout the day
\n
• Set and uphold the standard for a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience
\n
• Ensure all patients are welcomed, educated, guided, and supported seamlessly through their peptide consultations and post-consult care which may include membership programs
\n
• Proactively address patient needs, concerns, and feedback to maintain a premium care environment
\n
• Maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming clinical space aligned with brand standards
\n

Safety, Quality & Compliance

\n
• Own equipment performance and quality control processes across all modalities
\n
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
\n
• Uphold full compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards
\n
• Ensure all peptide services are delivered consistently, safely, and at the highest standard
\n

Data & Administration

\n
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient data, test results, and reports
\n
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience
\n
• Support broader operational initiatives and cross-functional coordination such as performing inventory counts and supporting order processing of clinical supplies
\n

Clinical Collaboration

\n
• Partner closely with physicians and clinical leadership to support patient care and reporting requirements 
\n
• Act as a liaison between non-clinical staff and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and execution to optimize the patient experience
\n

Requirements

\n
• Prior experience with peptides and GLPs preferred defined as hands on experience administering and managing peptide and GLP protocols
\n
• Demonstrated experience with a proven track record within a hospital, clinical or high-touch service environment, driving performance, accountability, and excellence in patient care 
\n
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence
\n
• Deep attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
\n
• Strong interest in longevity, biohacking, and preventative health
\n
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, safety protocols, and privacy regulations
\n
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in a patient-facing environment
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch, concierge-style setting
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree and active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New York
\n
• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare or wellness
\n
• Proficiency in EMR systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Applications
\n
• Strong organizational, operational, and multitasking capabilities
\n
• Ability to lead under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure
\n
• Familiarity with clinical workflows
