Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role:

• Experience Content Moderation, Trust, and Safety or Legal
• Experience with large volumes of incoming requests
• Experience in cross functional stakeholder management

Description:

As a Policy Specialist, you work on tasks within the scope of a policy launch, implementation, execution, or cross-functional work project that has meaningful impact with direct supervision. You address day-to-day policy issues by following existing protocols. You exchange information and knowledge with your immediate team or functional area. You develop an understanding of policy development and implementation.

Responsibilities include:

• Work within a team to support the development and launch products, features and/or processes that promote user trust and uphold our policies with direct guidance.
• Resolve policy escalations from start to finish, with direct guidance.
