Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 4 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:

Float requirement: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

Shift/Scheduling Requirements: 36 or 48 hours per week.

Unit/Facility Details: This unit provides care for post-critical (step-down) medical, surgical, or cardiac patients requiring observation and care at a level less than intensive care patients, but more comprehensive than that required by general acute patients. This unit represents a mix of medical, surgical, and cardiac patients including monitored and ventilator-dependent patients.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
