Enjoy strong benefits and professional growth opportunities.Job DescriptionInvestment Associate OverviewThe Investment Associate will support the client in all aspects of the investment process, from origination to portfolio management.Collaborate with a dynamic team in a growing organization focused on impactful investments and societal change.Engage in deal origination, due diligence, and execution to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.Contribute to the firm's growth by establishing relationships with industry professionals and intermediaries.Leverage analytical skills to monitor portfolio assets and ensure optimal performance.Work in a hybrid environment with strong benefits and professional development opportunities.Join a firm committed to combining investment discipline with positive societal impact.Contribute to a team that values innovation and challenges the status quo in investment strategies.Investment Associate Key Responsibilities & DutiesAssist in developing and executing origination strategies to maximize deal flow and enhance market visibility.Establish and maintain relationships with restructuring firms, investment banks, and other intermediaries.Conduct initial investment reviews and screenings of prospective opportunities for the firm.Prepare financial evaluations and preliminary due diligence reports for investment projects.Monitor portfolio assets, review monthly operating results, and maintain project performance metrics.Collaborate with management teams to leverage resources and optimize organizational potential.Support deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management activities.Contribute to the firm's commitment to impactful investments and societal change.Investment Associate Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA certification preferred.4-7 years of combined experience in public accounting assurance and transaction services.Minimum of 2 years of transaction services experience required.Willingness to travel and work with confidential information.Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Familiarity with private equity and venture capital principles.Ability to contribute effectively in a hybrid work environment.Commitment to professional growth and impactful investment strategies.
