California Licensed Clinical Director

Bringing expertise in endocrinology or metabolic medicine, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate metabolic health features, oversee clinical studies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Build trust and credibility for Oura's products among members, physicians, and health systems Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define clinical features related to metabolic health Design and oversee clinical validation studies to demonstrate product performance in the metabolic space Required qualifications MD/DO/MBBS with expertise in general endocrinology, metabolic medicine, or a related specialty Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or a related specialty with an active medical license At least 5 years of experience practicing medicine in a relevant field Prior experience in health product development or digital health in regulated environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse team presentations
